LoieCurrent Raritan TeenLoie didn’t like school. It brought up a lot of anxiety for her. The relaxed social environment at RLC and ability to control how she spends her time means way less anxiety and the ability to pursue her interests in her own way.

LukeCurrent Princeton TeenAs a naturally self-directed learner, Luke felt his time was constricted in school with assignments and deadlines. At PLC, Luke is finally getting enough sleep and still spending plenty of time pursuing his interests and writing a self-assigned 30 page paper.

JamieAlumni, Raritan 2018-2019Jamie felt overwhelmed with school, and was unable to devote time to subjects of real interest. At RLC, Jamie was able to work at a reasonable pace, follow subjects of interest and rekindle a love of learning. After moving on from RLC, Jamie started at University of Connecticut.
