Be inspired, informed, entertained
Are you considering homeschooling your tween/teen in NJ? Maybe they are asking to be homeschooled and you don’t know where to start. Or you’ve been homeschooling and could use some information and ideas as you move into the middle and high school years. Join us for an overview of homeschooling in New Jersey during middle and high school years, and answers to your questions.

A panel of experienced homeschooling parents will cover the basics of homeschooling in NJ, including:
- homeschooling law
- the range of approaches to homeschooling
- resources and communities that support homeschooling (in-person and online)
- paths to college, work, trades, etc.
This event is in-person at the Headquarters Branch of the Hunterdon County Library. There will be a presentation followed by time for questions from attendees.

Homeschooling for the first time? Still considering? Perhaps you’re worried college will be harder to get into. It’s not. The homeschooling to college path is well-paved. Hear from a panel of professionals who will help to demystify the process of college admissions for homeschoolers.

The panel includes an admissions officer from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) who knows what colleges look for from homeschoolers, a homeschooling advisor who is knowledgeable on a wide variety of colleges, and a staff member from Raritan Learning Cooperative who is experienced in preparing homeschooling transcripts and college applications.
